Welcome to my list of essential Skyrim character creation mods! If you’re like me, you spend more time in the character creator than playing the actual game, so I hope you enjoy this list :D
Best Character Editing Mod (Sliders)
Enhanced Character Edit – I cannot live without this mod! It lets you alter so many tiny details about your character’s face and body that the vanilla character editor doesn’t let you touch. It also lets you set the expression on your character’s face. LOVE THIS MOD.  I like it better than Racemenu – I think it gives you a lot more flexibility.
Best Female Hair Mods
KS Hairdos Renewal – This is by far the most expansive and wonderful Skyrim hair mod pack out there! Â There are over 400 hairstyles to choose from, and it also comes with a ton of hairstyles for men!
SG Hairs 268 – This adds 268 gorgeous hairstyles ported over from custom Sims hairs. Sadly, the original author took down the mod but this is 100% hands down one of the best hair mod for females and I refuse to let it die, so download it here :)
Apachii Sky Hair – These are also beautiful, unique hairs that you cannot live without. Download them!
Showracemenu Precache Killer – This mod is absolutely essential if you’re using hair mods, otherwise your game will likely CTD every time you go into the character creation menu. Must. Have.
Best Male Hair Mods
KS Hairdos Renewal – Like I mentioned before, it comes with a ton of hairstyles for men … and they don’t all look like weird womanly anime hair!
Apachii Sky Hair – Make sure you download the male versions of the hair (v. 1.5 AND v 1.2) as well!
Best Female Face Textures (for a full breakdown, see this post)
Univision Face – I like that this texture makes your characters look very Final Fantasy-esque, but I know that’s not for everyone so …
SG Face Textures Renewal – I love this face texture for a more realistic effect. I think it’s a great balance of realistic yet not too worn.
Best Male Face Textures (for a full breakdown, see this post)
Better Males – Beautiful Nudes & Faces – There are several different face texture packs for males in this mod, but I prefer the Younger Faces Combined with Geonox version – gorgeous!
Best Eyebrow Mod
True Brows – These high def eyebrows show each strand of eyebrow hair and come in dozens of shapes and sizes for both males and females!
 Best Eye Mod
The Eyes of Beauty – This is my top eye mod because it adds tons of different eye textures and colors that look hyper-realistic and range from natural to supernatural. I especially like that there are so many multi-colored eye options and even the dark eyes look bright and beautiful.
Mikan Eyes – I like that this includes mismatched eyes, too. Â There are a ton of pretty colors to choose from!
Best Warpaint Mod
RAWR-paints – Ok, shameless plug for my own mod that adds some video game themed warpaints for male characters hehehe.
Ravens Warpaint – I love these warpaints – they’re so varied and beautiful! There is something for everyone, whether it’s tough bandit stripes or delicate florals.  This is for females only.
Battle Hardened Warpaints – This is the best warpaint for male characters! Â You can mix and match from each set to create your own ideal palette of warpaints.
Best Lips Mod
Seductive Lips – This mod gives your character a pillowy soft looking set of lips. I like to install this mod over the face textures I use!

HomeGaming25 Best Skyrim Mods To Enhance The Gameplay
Skyrim has been out for a long time, and by this time most people have finished the game. There’s no doubt that it’s an amazing game that brings hours of gameplay with unique quests and foes. However, after a while, there’s not much you can do in the game. To make more out of this immensely popular game, different mods have been created. These mods can range from the improvement in the quality of the surroundings to mods that make stuff blow up for no reason. Before we get on to the best Skyrim mods, let’s see how you can apply them.
How to Apply Skyrim Mods
For people who do not know how to apply these mods, you will only need to click on the link of the mod you want and subscribe to it. It will download and apply itself from the Steam workshop. Some mods are not available there, so instead, we are including links to the mods. You should also download the Skyrim Script Extender. This will help in applying more complicated mods.
So, now that you know how to apply Skyrim mods, here are the25 best Skyrim Mods you should definitely try:
The Top Skyrim Mods You Should Try
1. Relighting Skyrim
If you have played Skyrim, or you’ve just started, you must have noticed light coming from illogical sources. There are doors which emit light, or maybe there isn’t any realistic directional light. To fix this and make Skyrim more graphically appealing, you can apply this mod. What this mod does is that it reprograms the game entirely to make lighting effects much better in the game. Light only emits from fires, stars, and other sources of light rather than basic non-luminous objects like benches and rocks.
2. 2K Textures
If you have a top of the line PC with bleeding edge specs, you should try this mod out. Skyrim – being a relatively old title – lacks some fine details and textures, and although there is an HD patch, this mod goes beyond that as well. This mod offers textures at up to 4K (2160p) resolution. It completely changes the visuals in the game. Having these details makes the game more appealing and life-like, at the cost of some fps, as this mod does tax the GPU.
3. Apocalypse Spells Mod
Not all the various Skyrim mods enhance the visuals in the game, the modding community has some amazing mods to spice up your gameplay and adds features which are immensely fun to play with. The Apocalypse Spells mod adds a lot to your game; 140 spells, to be exact. These spells range from calling of basic objects to smashing enemies, to summoning ferocious tornadoes that suck everything in their path. These spells are designed very well and play well with the history and tone of Skyrim.
4. Alternate Start
If you have completed the game and want a new beginning, you can try out this mod. The Alternative Start mod offers a lot of different starting points as different characters. The characters are all different and fit in Skyrim’s storyline perfectly. The mod is integrated into your game and you can start an alternate new story in the game. You can start as a farmer, a necromancer or many other characters of your choosing. This provides an interesting spin in the original gameplay, and characters like the shipwrecked guy on an island with nothing but the rags make for an amazing survival styled gameplay.
5. Moonpath to Elsweyr
Exploring the same place for a long time can get boring, right? To bring new landscapes and gameplay to Skyrim, you can use this mod. This mod gets you to Elsweyr – a beautiful landscape with forests and wilderness. You can hunt and stalk your prey and even explore Elsweyr with the short six quests. All the characters of Elsweyr are carefully created with voice acting. This mod pairs up well with the 2K Textures mod shown above, as the landscape of Elsweyr is beautiful and using those textures makes them come to life.
6. Cutting Room Floor
The Skyrim world is vast. It is filled with many creatures, characters, and different landscapes. The game itself is well around 100 hours but, if you have completed and explored everything, you might want to check this mod out.Cutting Room Floor will enable you to dwell deeper into Skyrim, as this allows you to explore things which did not make the final cut of Skyrim. The mod shows you all new quests, NPCs, and many items, which were taken out.
7. Monster Mayhem
Battling monsters is fun, but beating the same monsters over and over again gets boring. The thrill of facing new and unknown creatures cannot be replicated. To remedy this problem, the Monster Mayhem Mod comes into play. This mod introduces many new creatures to the Skyrim world. It opens a slew of different levels, each with their own unique behemoth. Battling these monsters is thrilling and gives what most people want – more things to kill.
8. Duel Combat Realism
Duel offers an amazing fix to the unrealistic combat system in Skyrim. It completely changes how every battle is fought. It forces users to pay close attention to the stamina bar, as it becomes vital for survival. This mod ties in your armor and your weapons to bring realism. If you use a good shield, it can actually stop the attack completely. This means users need to be tactical and use both defense and offense if they desire victory.
9. Reverse Crafting
The Reverse Crafting mod brings a much-needed feature to Skyrim. In plain old Skyrim, if players on their quests find something useless like a lower tier sword, that item is thrown away. You can not reuse its materials to make something else. This mod brings that feature to Skyrim. If you find a junk item, you can recycle it and re-purpose its materials. This makes the overall gameplay better for the players because the materials can be easily used somewhere else for bigger and better things.
10. Bandolier Extra Inventory
The world of Skyrim is a vast one, with many items and weapons. On your quests, you will find many items, and many are of use, so choosing between them can become a daunting task. This mod allows your character to hold more items than in plain Skyrim. This way, you can have all the items you need without opting to leave anything behind.
11. Open Cities
Skyrim has a lot of loading screens, and everyone knows how frustrating loading screens can be. They tend to ruin the flow of the gameplay; especially when you cannot even stroll in a city without them being loaded. To solve this issue, this mod comes into play. This mod banishes all loading screens when you are in the city. This means you are free to roam around in the city, without the annoying loading taking place. A simple mod, yet a frustration reliever.
12. Castle Volkihar Redux
This mod is as grand as they come. It produces a fully built castle with extremely accurate textures and details. The castle is a complete construction with eerie corridors and dungeons. It is a thing of beauty to look at but is not only about the beauty. This grand castle comes with its very own quest line, which is set after the events of Dawnguard.
13. Tundra Defense
Skyrim’s quests are pretty fun to play and offer a lot of action and quests. However, you sometimes might want to slack off and just chill. This is where the Tundra Defense mod comes in. This mod introduces a tower defense style mini-game in which you build your tower and then defend it. The mod is well built and makes you more responsible, as you need to defend your ground, else it will be overrun. You can hire guards to help defend your creation, have citizens settle in, or even trigger attacks by yourself for instant action.
14. Sky UI
Now a lot of you might not like the stock UI that Skyrim offers and I don’t blame you. The UI does feel a little bit clunky and you can easily get something a whole lot more intuitive by using a mod. I would recommend that you try out Sky UI – a great UI replacement for Skyrim which will surely improve the way you interact with the game. The mod offers a much more convenient inventory management system, support for full text search, sorting and extended data columns. The mod also offers complete customization, among a ton of other features, which makes it one of my go-to mods every time I think of doing another quick play through of Skyrim.
15. Return Of Atlantis
The lost city – Atlantis – has made its way to Skyrim with this mod. Through this mod, Atlantis rises from the depths of the seas to give you more ways to interact with Skyrim. This mod fits well with the Skyrim lore and offers a lot of beautiful scenery, as well as different characters for you to explore. This dungeon is filled with merman, whirlpools, and agents of Hades. The dungeon is 4 hours long, and you need to fight a challenging boss after the four-hour exploration of the ten chambers present in this dungeon.
16. Falskaar
The Falskaar mod is one of the most impressive mods out there. This mod creates a whole new continent, with a whopping 25 hours of gameplay. The creation of Falskaar took nearly 2000 hours, and the creator now works at Bungie, creating Destiny. We encourage anyone who reads this to give this mod a try. The continent has numerous quests and wildlife, and the landscape is beautiful. Attention has been paid to the details, and the mod’s popularity further proves the great gameplay of this mod.
17. Rabbit Hole Dungeon
The Rabbit Hole Dungeon mod produces a vertical burrow of a dungeon, as implied by its name. The dungeon goes 50 levels deep into the ground and offers a lot of adventure for players. The dungeon has different enemies in each of those 50 levels. You must beat all the enemies on a particular floor to proceed to the next floor, like an arena action adventure game. This makes the dungeon more challenging, as 50 levels of enemies is a lot to take on. The dungeon also changes every time you revisit it, making sure you get a new experience every time.
18. ThirteenOrange’s Quests Mods
ThirteenOrange creates a series of quests in Skyrim which sure are amazing. These quests are lore-friendly and fit perfectly into the Skyrim world. A lot of thought was put into the mod, as the quests offer much more than just fast enemies. There are total five quests, and every one of them focuses more on story than random fights. There are well-written scriptures, and a wide variety of landscapes to explore. You will travel to different realms, beat a giant and slay creatures. All with one mod. A must try for all the Skyrim fans.
19. Enderal
If you liked the gameplay Falskaar brought, then you are surely going to love the Enderal mod. This mod brings close to 100 hours of fresh gameplay, and it feels like a new game rather than a mod. Enderal is beautifully created, like many other great mods out there. It features an amazing quest line with voice acting, and many new landscapes to explore. The landscape ranges from a densely forested mainland to snow covered mountains. This mod also overhauls the skill and talent system.
20. Way of the Monk
Now, this mod may seem a little clickbait-y, but it is still pretty cool. The mod strips off your armor & weapons and forces you to face your enemies with your bare hands. The mod introduces two new skill trees: Unarmed and Unarmored, and it also introduces perks related to your new way of fighting. This It does not do anything but answer the question: Can I really a take on a mammoth with my bare hands?
21. Immersive Weapons
For some of you out there, modding is a way to make any game a whole lot more immersive. If that’s the case with you, then you should definitely check out the Immersive Weapons mod, a mod that will drastically enhance the variety of weapons in the world of Skyrim. The mod adds 230 new weapons to the game, all of which somehow fit into the lore, and distributes the around the world. With the mod, you’ll also be able to break down weapons at smelters and get their base components and make new weapons with custom crafting requirements that further promote immersion. In case you like the mod, you should also check out the Immersive Armor mod which does pretty much the same for the armor you can find and equip in game.
22. Needs and Diseases
Survival mode mods are becoming more and popular, and this mod is for those who are looking to start out in the survival mode scene. This mod makes it necessary for your character to do mundane tasks such as sleep, eat, and drink water. Failure to do so would result in dire consequences. This mod is not as severe as other survival mods, but it still will make sure you are wary of such things before taking off on a quest.
23. Dark Brotherhood Resurrection
If you enjoyed the Dark Brotherhood quest and its storyline then you are going to love this mod. This mod adds another 4+ hours of campaign to the Dark Brotherhood storyline. You will be accompanied by the best contract killers in the brotherhood and listen to some of the best stories they have to share. Learn more about the intricate details of the dark brotherhood and enjoy new conversations via this mod. You are a part of the brotherhood now.
24. Phenderix Magic World
This mod is filled with magic. It is a new setting with different structures and landscapes like the school of witchcraft. It takes you to the town of Manantis, where you will be greeted with tons of magical stuff. You will be able to learn hundreds of spells from all the schools of magic and get dozens of new followers. It even comes with a quest to help you explore the magical realm. This mod is a truly magical (pun intended) experience.
25. Skyrim Redone
This mod is the mother of all mods. This completely changes how you play and view Skyrim. T3ndo’s Skyrim redone is a combination of different mods to give the game a complete makeover. It brings nifty new features and weapons like a grappling hook and disguises. It also is a complete overhaul of the game down to the perks, skills, and stats of every character. This is a broad and complicated mod and tends to have some issues with some systems. However, once you get it running, it truly gives you an amazing experience.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim remains a milestone game more than five years after its initial release. And since it doesn’t look like we’re getting another entry in Bethesda’s RPG series for a while longer (no, Elder Scrolls Online doesn’t count), even the most dedicated Skyrim player might be looking for ways to get some new life out of the original game.
Fortunately, modders have been making vanilla Skyrim better since the game came out. And we’re not just talking about improving the graphics, either (though graphics mods are awesome). At this point, there are mods that add new characters, questlines, enemies, spells, and even new areas to explore. If Skyrim was starting to feel a little dull after five years, these mods will make it feel fresh again.
What You’ll Need
This guide is for the original PC version of Skyrim, not the Special Edition. The original game has the best selection of mods. Some might be available for the Special Edition too (and a few are also on the Xbox One and PS4 versions), but the original PC game is still the way to go if you want to customize your experience.
RELATED:How to Install Skyrim and Fallout 4 Mods with Nexus Mod Manager
In addition, some of the more advanced mods can’t be found on the Steam Workshop, which is the de facto repository (and the easiest to use for beginners). For more complex fare, you’ll want to upgrade to the third-party Nexus Mod Manager, which we’ve shown you how to use here. You might want to start with Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE), a prerequisite for many advanced game mods. Lots of them need the Mod Configuration Menu as well.
A Better User Interface
The user interface in Skyrim is designed to be usable with both a mouse and keyboard and a standard console controller. Regrettably, that means it’s not particularly good at either of them, including a lot of tedious scrolling and no real options for organization. Enter SkyUI, the overhauled custom user interface. With this installed you can search your inventory by text, organize items by weight when you’re over encumbered, colored icons for item types, and integration across all shop and lootable menus, too.
New Followers
The follower system is a staple of Bethesda RPGs. But most of the companions you can recruit in Skyrim are either fairly limited characters designed to be battle companions, or tied to specific quests and unavailable for the longer game. There are a wide variety of add-on followers available as game mods that insert new characters specifically designed to be interesting or useful. Some of the best examples include custom-recorded voice lines from the community, full backstories and quests that flesh out the character, and unique equipment to make them stand out from the polygonal crowd. Inigo the good-natured Khajit wanderer and Vilja the generational warrior are good places to start.
Better Dragons
The massive dragon battles in Skyrim differentiate it from the rest of The Elder Scrolls, and they were a huge selling point before the game’s release. But after a few dozen hours, dragons cease to be any particular challenge, and there are only a handful of different types. To add some spice to Tamriel’s skies, try the Diverse Dragons Collection, an omnibus mod that combines custom dragons from a bunch of different creators. These souped-up beasts come with custom attacks and creature models, special effects, and lots of combat modifiers that can make them a real challenge. Speaking of which, if all you want is more epic dragon fights, you can try Deadly Dragons (which can be combined with Diverse Dragons Collection). If you want even more motivation to become a legendary dragon slayer, try a “souls for perks” mod, which lets you trade a leveled amount of dragon souls for skill improvements instead of the standard dragon shouts.
More Magic and Tougher Combat
Skyrim’s magic and combat aren’t its best features—games like Dark Souls and Shadow of Mordor have it beaten dead to rights when it comes to the sheer mechanical joy of fighting. Modders, thankfully, have expanded both of these areas. Duel makes combat more deadly, making it more important to dodge attacks and find the right time to strike rather than simply tanking or blocking all damage. You’ll have to use actual tactics in each and every fight… something most Skyrim players probably haven’t done since they maxed out their Smithing score. There’s not much that can be done for Skyrim’s magic system except expand the spells and effects, but several mods do that to a spectacular degree, including Midas Magic Evolved and Apocalypse Magic.
Explore New Lands
Easily the most ambitious Skyrim mods are the ones that add entirely new areas to the game, or transform existing ones with a ton of new content. Falskaar is surely the biggest of the big, adding a whole new island to the land of Skyrim brimming with new characters, new quests, and a new storyline to follow. It’s full of dozens of custom voiced characters, new equipment, spells, and books, and even custom-made music. There’s also Enderal: The Shards of Order, a total conversion that essentially creates an original fantasy RPG using Skyrim as its backbone. With a completely customized continent and dozens of hours’ worth of quests and gameplay, you can think of this as a community-made companion game (that just happens to be free). A few other examples include Moonpath to Elsewyr, The Forgotten City, and The Cyrodiil Frontier.
…Or Just Change the Wallpaper
There are innumerable mods out there that are made and installed just for fun, like the one that replaces dragons with Thomas the Tank Engine or adds a custom “IKEA-born” race. But for a bit of fun that doesn’t actually change Skyrim‘s core gameplay, I recommend Uncle Sheogorath’s custom loading screens. This mod replaces the flavor text that appears whenever you go to a new area with sarcastic and goofy alternative descriptions. It’s a great way to get a quick chuckle without messing up the balance of the rest of the game.

Modders are an amazing bunch of folks. For nearly 25 years now, impassioned gamers have taken to the creative side of the spectrum, making custom content ranging from updated graphical overhauls, to new weapons, characters, and sometimes, a whole new game's worth of content. This is all well and good, modding can prolong the life of a game indefinitely — hence why more than a few people still play Skyrim pretty much exclusively six years after its release. Apart from upgraded textures and new weapons, there is another, seedier side to modding.
Skyrim is one of the games that has one of the most mods available for it, and a healthy number of those are related to the sensual shade of things. Naked characters, customizable bathing suit parts, and sizzlingly characters are just a few of what an interested gamer can expect to find in the annals of modding websites. Literally, anything you could think of has been done in multiple versions for every race, gender, and class. So hide the kids, lock your doors, and bring your stash of censor bars. We're about to get into the 'adult' underbelly of Skyrim modding.

15 A Tempting New Race
Companions become a large part of Skyrim as soon as you start recruiting them, they can carry additional loot, help in the heat of battle, and offer some banter on the lonely trail. Plus, who else is going to annoyingly stand in the doorway when the Dovahkiin is trying to get through?
The Temptress Race mod allows the use of a custom race of Temptresses, females blessed by the goddess Dibella, able to use their seductively good looks to control the flow of combat. They’re able to use their own seductive brand of spells that can calm or frenzy all nearby foes. Interested players can play as one of the pre-made Temptresses, or find them around the game world hanging out in temples to recruit.
14 Why Won't It Load Slower!?
The load screens in Skyrim can become a constant companion, especially if you’re playing on consoles. Most of the loading screens offer helpful tips and a closer look at enemies or items in the game world, which are able to be observed in more detail while you’re waiting for the next dungeon to load. After awhile, these load screens can become seriously stale and an excuse to check text messages or take a bathroom break. Gamers may find it a bit harder to leave when all the loading screens have been replaced with 'adult' scenes inspired by the busty ladies of Skyrim.
There are multiple versions of this mod so once all these scenes get used up, gamers can download a new one and spend most of their playtime entering and exiting the same building over and over again to catch a glimpse of these expertly crafted 'mature' content.

13 A Tale Of Two 'Mature' Sisters
Mods that add new followers to Skyrim number in the thousands; from magic wielding anime characters to arrow shooting Macho Man Randy Savages, there is no shortage of new and unique companions to choose from when adventuring across Skyrim. The hottest has to be the Sisters of Battle mod that drops two of the most professionally designed companions seen in a mod right into the game world.
Featuring two horned twin sisters, Dallas and Xevaria, they were both imbued with different types of creature blood that grant them unique abilities that aid in combat. Dallas is able to cast powerful frost and fire spells, while Xevaria possesses massive strength and the ability to summon spirit wolves. Worthy companions in battle, and not bad to look at either, these twin sisters should accompany every Dovahkiin at least once.
12 Chainmail Is So In This Year
The Obligatory Chainmail Bikini mod is one of the most well known Skyrim mods that adds a custom chainmail swimsuit for female characters. How much protection would a chainmail bikini really offer when fighting a frost troll? Not much, but the heroine wearing it is going to be a complete bombshell while she tries her best to ward off those incredibly powerful troll claws.
Although probably pretty basic compared to most of the other mods out there, the chainmail bikini is mandatory for any female adventurer in Skyrim. In a fantasy game filled with dragons, elves, and magic, there are a few things that can be as implied as a chainmail swimsuit. Don’t try and go swimming with this thing on though, chain mail tends to be a bit heavy when trying to stay buoyant.

11 The One That Made It All Possible
Are you tired of the same old wooden looking women walking around Skyrim? The one that started it all, Calientes Beautiful Bodies Edition replaces the vanilla female body in Skyrim with more voluptuous options. The mod comes with three pre-made options, including slim, vanilla, and curvy.
A lot of love went into this mod, as the resolutions of the bodies included in CBBE are twice what they are in the regular Skyrim female body. This one really opened the door for every other naughty Skyrim mod out there and has been downloaded over eleven million times to date. CBBE is used in conjunction with a lot of the other mods on this list, so if you’re planning on having heavy chested Nords walking around Skyrim, and doing questionable things with them, CBBE is a must.
10 I Don't Know How They Don't Get Cold
Appearing just a couple months after Skyrim was released, modders were already making everybody get butt nekked.’ The female mod makes all the races nude, meaning that players have to be prepared to accept the horror of naked Argonians and Khajits, not to mention Orcs. Although, I’m sure there is a group of people out there who are really into that.
The nude female mod seems to have been part of some serious self-realization for modder Davven, as the first sentence in the description for the mod is, “I decided to accept I am a nude modder and finished the job.” Jesus, what happened to you Davven? The nude male mod buffs up and disrobes all male characters in the game world, and claims to make them “hairless and dirtless.” How dirty were they before? Some people have way too much time to think about these things.

9 Slide To The Left, Slide To The Right!
The Body Slide mod is probably the most used in conjunction with CBBE, due to the fact that it lets gamers alter whatever physical attributes on their characters through the manipulation of sliders. This means that chests and rumps can be large to the point of handicapping a normal person, but this is the Dovahkiin dammit; toddler-sized breasts are not going to slow down the Dragonborn!
The really amazing thing about the Body Slide mod is that countless players have spent hours tinkering with the sliders to create preset body types that can be downloaded on their own, meaning that adventurers can make voluptuous Nord women populate every city, or petite, sporty Khajit ladies a reality. The only real handicap is your own imagination, meaning that whatever type of body you’re into it can be made with a little bit of tinkering, or a quick download.
8 Those Hips Could Sink Ships
The normal walk for female characters in the world of Skyrim is about as hot as a bag of cement. Stiff legs give way to a wooden gate that completely destroys the allure of any woman gamers may have had their eye on (to a point, at least). If you don’t want the females of Skyrim to walk like awkwardly animated mannequins anymore, this mod is for you.
The FNIS Sexy Move mod will randomly select 1 out of 9 different sexy walk or run animations for any female the Dovahkiin comes across in the game world. That is a seriously impressive piece of modding that must have taken some heartfelt work to get right. There is no limit to the dedication that modders will put into their work, especially when it comes to making female NPCs walk like their hips were both dislocated.

7 Junk In The Trunk
Ever look around at the rumps in Skyrim and wonder how in the nine divines that every citizen was blessed with a serious pancake butt? Seriously, these people spend most of their days walking around, fighting monsters, and standing in one place, how can their posteriors be so inferior? Worry no more, as this butt bounce mod will add sufficient viscosity to both those cheeks.
Most players play Skyrim and marvel at the huge environment to explore, a deep world to get lost in, and masses of loot to collect. Others take a serious waist high look around and wonder how to make butts juggle like they were water balloons filled with Jell-O. Needless to say, the ingenuity of man will never cease, especially when it comes to butts.
6 Vampires You Can Sink Your Teeth Into
The vampires in the Elder Scrolls games have always offered a darker, more realistic take on the disease as opposed to other games and forms of media. No sparkle trails here —Vampirism twists and tortures the carrier, making them a nocturnal killing machine that needs to feed on the helpless sleeping citizens of Skyrim. With that morose view on vampires comes an adequately twisted physical component; any character that has contracted vampirism ages prematurely, turns pale, and is beset with glowing red eyes.
Unless you have the Seductress Serena mod, which changes Skyrim’s vampire NPCs from ghastly to gorgeous, all with a quick install. The mod adds vampire followers and tweaks Serena, the blood-sucking companion from the Dawnguard DLC, allowing her to be aesthetically customizable. In addition, it makes them all around easier to look at.

5 The Dovahkiin Gets Freaky
This mod promises “intimacy, romance,' and 'adult activities' for any player that walks through the world of Skyrim disregarding the story, combat, and dragons, and simply wonders, “Why can’t I boink all these people?” Well, wonder no more Dovahkiin, now you can with nexusmods’ mod of the month for September 2015.
This mod allows multiple actions and options for the 'curious' adventurer, allowing most NPCs to be roped into promiscuous acts with a few simple menu commands or spells. The mod is so popular that a half hour movie was made to showcase all the glorious scenarios made possible with installation. This is one of hundreds of mods that allow this type of behavior in game, with some of the options in the 'mature' library leaning towards the extreme.
4 Wetter Is Better
With all the hot mods in the universe, the Dovahkiin is still going to be dry as a saltine. With the Sporty Sexy Sweat mod, female Skyrim heroes will be constantly sweating, dashing any comparisons to the dust bowl any sharp tongued Dwenmer may make.
The mod was made in order to, “enhance the realism .. and all the fine details of the skin.” Adding a glossy sheen of sweat to any female character definitely enhances the realism; anyone who could throw around an ebony war hammer without breaking a sweat is definitely not human. How it enhances the details and attractiveness of the skin remains to be seen, however — a chick sweating can be hot, but all the time? If you’re traversing the snowy peaks of Skyrim, it’d be a tad bit alarming to be pouring sweat the whole time.

3 The Unmentionables Outlet
The Lingerie Shop, used in conjunction with the curvaceous character models of the CBBE mod, provides 40 different types of Lingerie to deck your female characters out in. Consisting of a storefront called Nikitaa’s Lingerie in Solitude, the shop comes with its own clerk and is adorned with several banners of real life ladies in lingerie. Apart from the extensive selection of ladies unmentionables, each piece of Lingerie has different effects on a models body, including a “push up” effect for larger chested Dovahkiin.
While it’s impressive to watch a beautiful woman decked out in heavy armor down a dragon or clear out an ancient crypt of pesky Draugr, it doesn’t compare to the complete chaos of a curvy sorceress casting devastating spells in her undergarments.
2 Daggers And Long Swords
Who said that the ladies don’t get a say in the modding community? SOS is a mod that allows gamers to adjust the size of male characters uh…”swords.” The mod also comes with its own shop front where a variety of different dongs that can be purchased.
To be clear, these are flaccid, so remember to pick up a “Mandrake potion” that will wake even the most stubborn Johnson to full attention at the new shop Morning Wood run by Bjorn LongSword. You’re able to buy potions that let you pick from three different load outs, and various types of bottled creature semen that will either enlarge or shrink your little Dovahkiin. 21 different package-accentuating pairs of undies are also available for purchase, meaning that no Nord is safe from your adventurer's bulge.

1 Maids And Pretty Much A Whole Game's Worth Of Content
Maids II: Deception is a sequel to the Oblivion mod Maids I: Euphoria, bringing hot home cleaning services to Skyrim. The result of a convoluted backstory involving the enslaving of women in Oblivion by using enchanted Hist Tree’s Sap, the last two descendants of the enslaved maid family are hiding out in Skyrim, ready to clean the crap out of some houses. At first glance, it seems like a scantily clad maid simulator but it is so much more than that.
Maids II: Deception is packed full of game changing features, including 17 main quests with additional side quests, 13,000 new lines of dialogue, a tropical Dwarven island, two new houses, a manageable brothel with its own economy…the list goes on. Of course, it also involves attractive maids that can be dressed up and pursued romantically, but that seems to pale in comparison to the other amazing features in this outstanding mod.
